Wonderful, excellent, and professional service! Very happy customer. Dmitriy answered all questions that I had. Did not expect such great results with our couch as it is 9 years old and with 3 small kids..but now it looks brand new again! He also did all of our carpets, was very pleased. Dimitri is a very hard working man and we were very happy with his customer service and work! He cleaned our carpets , plus a very large and heavy rug and rug and now it all looks so much better! My wife and I have been fighting pet odor smell for a long time. We spent so much money on different chemicals that I wish we would have tried this sooner. We also have our own Bissell carpet machine which was $400+. With one visit we noticed the pet odor is gone. We were skeptical and didn’t have high expectations and so we did only 1 bedroom and a half. I am planning on having them out to do the rest of the bedrooms!I wish we did the other rooms. They took good care of our walls with protectors so nothing got damaged!

Yeti Carpet and Floor Cleaning are awesome. They do an excellent job- very professional, fast, and diligent cleaning effort. I pastor a growing church in Fed Way and our carpets get very very dirty in the main sanctuary. Whether it’s coffee spills, candy or gum stuck to the floor, or other hard-to-get-out stains, they did a thoroughly sufficient cleaning job that got our carpet looking very nice and clean. I was quite surprised due to the small amount of reviews, but they are not lying. With how great their service was it felt like working with a company who had HUNDREDS of 5 star reviews. I regularly hire carpet cleaners for my office to keep the work environment nice and tidy and decided to try these guys out since they had a better rate. Not only was the rate better, but the service was phenomenal. The management team had no problems accommodating my requests and the team they sent out was very professional and friendly.
